Season 6, Episode 7: Claws From The Night & The Price of Pain-Ease (A High Price Indeed!)

Welcome back to Lankhmar, travelers! It has been a while since our clothes were last stained with the acrid air of the City of Seven-Score Thousand Smokes! All is not well in our fair city though. The latest fashion trend is to wear bird cages about your head. Rumors of malicious birds descending from the sky and rending the unwary are spreading. Probably just that - rumors. Still, if you hear fluttering above you, best advice is to duck. Now, how about more wine? It is a rare vintage of apfelwein, we call it Pain-Ease. The price? We'll discuss that later... For now, we present Claws from the Night, and The Price of Pain-Ease!

One Things
Jon: Get Out!, the excellent thriller directed by Jordan Peele.
Luke: American Gods, by Neil Gaiman.
Josh: Lucha Underground, exciting lucha action!

Other items of interest:
The Apfelwein recipe. If you make some, let us know how it turns out!

Question: What pop culture figure or star would you like to have dinner with, what kind of food would you get? Pizza and ice cream with Mick Foley was our consensus.
